Great location

They let us drop our bags off before check-in time, and the location was great!

Sweltering in the room. No way to reduce the temp. Called front desk at 0300 and tried to tell him in broken Korean/English about the room. It was just too hot. We opened the windows and people were yelling and partying in the streets. The mattress was also super springy. Poor sleep either way.

Wonderful

Staff can speak English and are friendly and helpful. Room size is big. Shower recess and bath tub are available.

There is no door between bedroom and bathroom. A bit of lack of privacy when you stay with your friends.

Not the cleanest, but I recommend

The bathtub!!!! There’s a mirror in front of the bathtub that looks like there’s a camera in it but it’s just a failed digital screen.

It felt dirty, a hotel this “prestigious” should feel way cleaner.

The room was very spacious, bright and clean. It was also warm when we arrived, so it felt great as it was very cold outside. The bathroom was very clean and nice-looking.

The wifi was not working at all. We told the person in the front desk to revise, they told us that they would send someone to fix it, but the next day it wasn't working either. It was also a bit far from the city center and the touristy places, but close to the train station.

Reasonable hotels at the city centre

- Room was spacious, stayed alone and it was more than enough for me - location was good, located in the middle of two subway station - Many restaurants and bars nearby

- Staffs were not that friendly.. never did greetings on the way in and out - not soundproofed well, as many bars are around, could be little noisy at night

A very fun stay!

I love the location, as it is suitably close to the Jamsil Sports Complex, but situated off of the main street. Therefore, it is generally very quiet. The room was luxurious, and well-presented.

Unfortunately, the spray nozzles of our spa bath were not operational. Although this is not a deal-breaker, I would have loved to soak in the giant bath tub a little longer.

Very good

The room was lovely and spacious. The TV was a good size that you can watch from the bed. The location was amazing as it is close to line 2, which is very accessible to other parts of Seoul.

We opted for the room with the hot tub, only to be told on the day that the hot tub would not be able to produce the bubbles because of covid.

For the price, I would say there’s a lot of good value!

Very affordable, kind staff, and so spacious!! My favorite part was the bathroom. Despite the jacuzzi not working, the tub was fantastic for two, and the entire hotel room was just very roomy.

The facilities and decor was pretty dated. I could see stains on the ceiling, walls, and a little bit of mold in the certain cracks of the bathroom.

excellent value and location, very friendly staff and quality rooms, would recommend

Rooms were excellent and well maintained, value was top notch, staff were amazing and helpful, location is hard to beat

Wifi was a bit spotty (would disconnect from mobile frequently), bath did not have working jets, and there was no on-site laundry service
