Very Good
Very clean, lovely staff
Jacuzzi didn't work, bed was two singles put together, no smart tv, did not allow us to check in a little earlier.

the location was great, the room was clean and I really recommend. However it is good in total. I really recommend it.
the only thing is the jacuzzi did not work.

The hotel ads should be clear that the swimming pool is only strictly available if you book a Suite, the hotel information sheet in the room was out of date as there's no longer room service or laundry services

Great location
They let us drop our bags off before check-in time, and the location was great!
Sweltering in the room. No way to reduce the temp. Called front desk at 0300 and tried to tell him in broken Korean/English about the room. It was just too hot. We opened the windows and people were yelling and partying in the streets. The mattress was also super springy. Poor sleep either way.
